Local taco stand

We just got back from a dinner run to a local taco stand (they have really yummy pollo en mole), which reminded me of something I'd been wanting to share.

They've got the menu up on the side of the truck, both in English and Spanish... and at the bottom is a basic translation list. The funny thing is that the list is comprised of the various meats they use... and the word "mole."

So, we've got:
Carne Asada = Beefsteak
Al Pastor = Pork
Pollo = Chicken
Lengua = Beeftongue
Mole = Mole

Now, is it just me, or does that sort of imply that they serve mole meat?

And yeah, obviously I know what mole actually is, but it always gives me just a bit of a chuckle every time I see it.
