Non-dairy soft serve

Oh great hive-mind that is my friendslist! I'm looking for something slightly odd, but I'm hoping someone may have run across it and know where I can find it.

I'm looking for a chain restaurant or, if you happen to live locally, a restaurant on the Eastside that has a non-dairy soft serve "ice cream." I know they have some at Zoopa down in Tukwila, but I'm really hoping for something a bit closer (although if I utterly fail to find anything closer, I'll probably just make the trek down south and have lunch there sometime soon).

I know it sounds silly, but I've really been wanting soft serve ice cream lately and being cow's milk free seriously limits my options.

Skinny D's Yogurt in Mill Creek, WA has a system that if you don't like the flavors offered in the wall of machines, you can go to this ipad and order up to 20 different flavors in either (1).non-fat yogurt or (2). No sugar, low carb/low calorie. You order it on an ipad and 30 seconds later, it is ready on the shelf with your name on it. They are now testing it out with a Non-dairy soft serve, and it tastes awesome!! If it is popular with the lactose free people, they are going to add it to the ipad and carry it all the time!! Finally, nondairy people will have more than 1 or 2 options in these self-serve yogurt places!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks!! That's great to know... I'll have to give them a try (I even occasionally get up that way while Geocaching).
