Non-dairy soft serve

fenchurchOh great hive-mind that is my friendslist! I'm looking for something slightly odd, but I'm hoping someone may have run across it and know where I can find it.
I'm looking for a chain restaurant or, if you happen to live locally, a restaurant on the Eastside that has a non-dairy soft serve "ice cream." I know they have some at Zoopa down in Tukwila, but I'm really hoping for something a bit closer (although if I utterly fail to find anything closer, I'll probably just make the trek down south and have lunch there sometime soon).
I know it sounds silly, but I've really been wanting soft serve ice cream lately and being cow's milk free seriously limits my options.
