Huntsman is sometimes labeled as "Double Gloucester with Stilton." It's a layered cheese. And it combines beautifully with the tart sweetness of Gravenstein apples. (Yeah, I really like this combination too.)

Oh, a Stilton! YUM!!! (We recently tried a Stilton with blueberries and nectarines from Costco that's wonderful!)
