Looking for a fic

spikeylover said over on peasant_'s LJ tickled a memory... but I can't for the life of me remember the title or author of this fic: It takes place post-Season 6 of BtVS (and post-Season 7, sort of). Spike wore the amulet and burned up closing the Hellmouth... and wakes up in the cave in Africa. The entire season was actually all part of his trials and didn't actually happen... and, unfortunately, I don't remember what happened after that.
So, any ideas? I already checkedanaross's fanfic site, just in case (since in recent months it seems like hers are invariably the ones I get a yen to reread and can't remember who wrote them -- I check there first now :-p).
