Looking for Fic Recs (and giving a few)

Lately, I've had quite a yen for fanfic in which Spike becomes some flavor of human (there are a few out there where he essentially becomes a male Slayer, or becomes human but retains all his vampiric qualities, or even becomes a hybrid of the two, though just plain old human is good too). I suspect it may be the latest twist that kallysten has taken with Secret Hell (which is the fourth in a series, in case you're interested, starting with Bloody Soul) that's got me in the mood for it again, though it's always been one my most favorite fanfic plots for the character.

So far, I've re-read some of my all time favorites:

I've got these on my list to re-read already:

Humanitis by Saber Shadowkitten (for old-time Spuffy fic)

So now I'm looking for more recommendations. I know for certain that there are at least a few more stories out there that I've already read and enjoyed with this particular premise, but I'm just not remembering titles or authors off the top of my head. Plus, I'm betting there have got to be some good ones that I've just missed along the way. I do prefer Spike/Buffy fic, but I'm not limited to it in the least and can enjoy any pairing (or even no pairing at all). Any recommendations would be appreciated!

Aha! See, I knew there were several more good ones I'd already read that I wasn't thinking of... your two stories and Kallystens are among them, and are now on my "To Be Re-Read" list. Hmm... seems like there are a few other stories in that challenge out there too. Time to search through my archives.
