fenchurch | 3 June - More flowers... roses, this time

When we moved in, the roses near the front porch had not been pruned in quite awhile and were overgrowing the sidewalk and, frankly, didn't look very good (they also didn't bloom much last year). Well,

rackham thankfully grew up around roses and at least had an idea of what needed to be done. He got out the pruners and seriously cut that sucker back, which was apparently exactly what it had been waiting for. We also discovered that there appears to be more than one type of rose in that bunch.

I love the teeny little pink roses mixed in with the larger white ones... just gorgeous!!
