2 March - Numfar and Friends

fenchurchLast one for tonight... This was just too perfect a setup to pass up, so I grabbed my phone and snapped a shot of Numfar sitting on top of the cat tree with the two Misters Mouse.
A week or so after the introduction of the New Mr. Mouse (NMM), Numfar's affections began to turn... she started out including NMM in her daily routine, moving first Old Mr. Mouse (OMM) from the bedroom to out near the computers and then going back for NMM to bring him out too. Before long, she swapped the order she brought them out... and then, bizarrely, began leaving OMM onrackham's pillow or tucked under the blankets on his side of the bed (for those who don't know the story, she originally stole Mr. Mouse from Rackham's desk (repeatedly, until he gave up on keeping it from her)). I don't want to attribute too much to it, but it did really seem like she was trying to give him back. She's still carrying both of the Misters Mouse around the house, but has definitely changed her affections. She did seem very happy to be sitting up high with both of them nearby, though.
