Kohlrabi question

Has anyone ever cooked with kohlrabi before? We got some with last week's produce delivery and I don't have the first idea what to do with it. Any suggestions or recipes would be greatly appreciated!!!

Kohlrabi is underrated, but I find it works best with some sort of sharp counterpoint - either serve it with something salty (goes very nicely with various pork dishes) or add a little horseradish or something like that to it. But basically, anything you can do with root vegetables you can do with kohlrabi. I usually mix it up with one or two others (say, carrots, parsnips, a bit of celery) and either fry them or stew them.
