Catching up on photos

So, I had one day last week where I was busy enough and tired enough by the end of the day that I didn't feel like posting a photo... and after receiving some devastating news about a friend, I REALLY didn't feel like posting a photo and things sort of fell apart from there. On the plus side, I've actually been *taking* photos every day, so I've got a nice backlog to catch up on.

28 February - Blooming Hibiscus

Friday turned out to be a sad, horrible day... which was probably the perfect time for our indoor hibiscus bush to decide it was ready to bloom.

1 March - Installing new blinds

rackham has been working hard (with occasional help from me, but he's done quite a bit of it while I was out of town) on getting the Library/Media Room ready to use. The house came with a giant powered screen in the downstairs room, which had obviously been designed specifically to be a movie room. The windows had some fairly cheap blinds on them, but were heavily draped with some very nice, dark fabric (to give it an old-style theater look) which looked great but really wasn't to our tastes. We ordered new blinds and pulled down the drapes... ( and Rackham wasted no time getting the new blinds installed. )

2 March - Numfar and Friends

Last one for tonight... This was just too perfect a setup to pass up, so I grabbed my phone and snapped a shot of ( Numfar sitting on top of the cat tree with the two Misters Mouse. )
