A year of first lines
Dec. 7th, 2006 12:03 pmTaken from practically everyone:
I cheated a little, since so many of my first lines were something like "Wow, I haven't posted in a while!" I thought it would get a bit repetitious. So, in those cases, I went with the first line not related to lack of posting. Oh, and sometimes I went with subject lines, when they made complete sentences.
January: Achiness, bones I never knew existed, and a crumpled car
February: Wednesday: After having had an extreme case of cabin fever strike me the day before, I decided to try driving
rackham's car.
March: I guess the biggest thing I have to talk about is that my shoulder is making marked improvement... the last few days I've felt almost normal (other than not being able to lift anything over, say, a pound and having to be a little bit careful about sudden movement).
April: My DVD of the first season of "A Bit of Fry and Laurie" arrived today from Amazon UK!!!!
May: I'm afraid I'm hopelessly behind on LJ. A week-long vacation and so much stuff has already blipped past.
June: Modern life is just so... neat.
July: In which I realize this roadtrip is doing wonders for my state of mind.
August: I recently set up a posting filter and realized it might be worth seeing if anyone else would like to be on it.
September: I had one of those weird nights last night... with the more tolerable sort of insomnia.
October: Anticipation... of time zone changes?!?!?
November: Things to do when you wake up at 4:00am
December: Brought to you by the letter "K"
