Brought to you by the letter "K"

If you care to, comment and I'll give you a letter, then you have to list 10 things you love that begin with that letter. Post your list in your journal and give out some letters of your own; leave a comment for me here so I can read your list! For those who want to play along just reply to this post and I'll give you a letter.
Cyndi was evil and gave me the letter "K":
1) Kisses from my husband
Duh!
2) Knitting
We were in the car accident the day after I learned how to do it... so the skill didn't stick around in my long-term memory. I'd really been enjoying myself with it before then and I'm looking forward to learning again this Christmas while we're visiting my in-laws (so maybe then I can finally finish that scarf!).
3) Kangaroo-filled countries
I would really love to go back to Australia. Actually, except for the fact that moving all of our stuff would be a nightmare, I wouldn't mind living there.
4) Kye-rumption
"It's when two great heroes meet on the field of battle and recognize their mutual fate." It embodies exactly what appealed to me about Spike/Buffy. And Angel/Cordelia, for that matter (at least in the earlier seasons of AtS).
5) Keel-hauler, resident
That's how she was listed on the opening screen of my BBS, way back in the day (okay, technically it was "resident keel-hauler," but that didn't fit the theme), when she was my Co-SysOp.
tomte is also my best friend extraordinaire... we first met online about sixteen years ago. Wow.
6) Kazakhstan
It's just so much fun to say! I've loved being able to have the name roll off my tongue, ever since I first heard when I learned to play the game of Risk. Plus it's so much fun to ridicule newscasters who have no idea how it's pronounced!
7) Kentucky
Where
nmissi lives! Plus, it's the first place I ever saw lightning bugs.
8) Kumquats
My grandmother in Sacramento has a kumquats growing in her back yard, and that's the first place I ever had them. And who doesn't love a citrus fruit you don't have to peel before you eat!
9) Kenilworth Castle
We went there instead of Warwick Castle and definitely don't regret it. We ate lunch out in the parking lot (we'd picked up the BEST fish and chips at a shop in Warwick: plenty of salt and vinegar, and absolutely smothered in curry sauce), and spent a few hours wandering around the grounds and just enjoying the views of the gorgeous countryside from the castle walls.
10) Kinks, Iron-clad fanfic
Aren't they the best? Particular plots or situations that are just so appealing and enjoyable that you can't get enough of them? Oh yeah... *wanders off to read some "Spike becomes human and has to deal with it" fic*
And a happy belated birthday to
gillo, who told us about #9 on that list in the first place!
