Okay, when did Jack become *stupid*?????? I get that he needed a distraction so he could get Salazar out of the prison, but the one he chose was the dumbest of the dumb. If nothing else, just open the cells briefly and close them... it'll let out a few prisoners, which would be enough to distract the guards but not enough to overpower them. Dumb dumb dumb. I guess the drug addiction has been actively killing brain cells
Technically speaking, though, Jack's overall plan with Salazar is a good one (massive prison riot aside), even if it does mean the end of his career, possible incarceration, and the release of the bad guy.
Poor Kiefer Sutherland is probably going to be sick of being so moist by the end of this season. He's constantly got that sweat thing going.
Ick moment: Chase's bloody wrists. *shudder*
I can't tell if the actress playing Chloe is just really bad, or if we're supposed to find the character grating and annoying.
Michelle seems to be rising to the occasion, though it does look like the stress is already getting to her.
The President's brother is such a slime. And just what the hell is his problem with Ann, anyway? Obviously, he hates her, but I haven't been able to figure out why.
And way to go, Ann!! Calling the President on his waffling morality. President Palmer is at his best when he's up front and honest with the people... it's what got him elected in the first place.
