A few days ago,

shaddyr recommended the wonderful BtVS/Firefly crossover "Carving Out a Future" by

dreamfall_nnwm, and I mentioned that I'd recently read another good crossover with Spike in the Firefly 'verse. Well, now I can't remember the title or the author...

So, I'm trying to track it down. It takes place post-Serenity and post-NFA, where at the last minute Illyria opened a portal so the gang could flee to safety, and Spike was flung into the future, eventually ending up taking passage on Serenity. I'm pretty sure it was told from Zoë's POV. It's driving me crazy, because I'm positive it was written by someone whose fic I read on a regular basis, but the name is just not coming...
