I bought our plane tickets for August!! Yay!!!

rackham and I are flying out together to Indianapolis for JadeCon (oh, yeah, and GenCon :-p), then Rackham will just fly back out of Indy and I'll ride down to Louisville with nmissi to visit for a week, before we drive out to Atlanta for DragonCon and I'll eventually fly home from Louisville.

Squee!! I'm really excited about JadeCon, because it's like going to a big family reunion with people you actually enjoy being around, and this time I get to bring Rackham along! But I've also been wanting to go to DragonCon for years and I'm so excited about finally being able to!

In other news, I updated my Playlist quiz thingy to include all the answers, in case anyone is curious. I'm not terribly surprised that no one got the filksongs, but I'd figured there was a good chance shaddyr would know them, if nobody else.

Did you see my post about the VM package? I'm surprised you didn't hear the shouts of joy out your window. ;) Crammed in 5 eps. last night alone, and wow, did that scene of a weeping Logan in the hotel lobby do me in. Ugh. *wants desperately to pet Logan*

Oh, definitely! I'd probably have to get directions over to your place, since I doubt I could find it again... or we could arrange to meet somewhere. And I'll have my husband in tow this time, too... his first time in Indy.
