Portland!!!!

Yes, we're going to Portlandify our life this weekend... I've got a family shindig on Saturday, but I think we're planning to stay overnight. Depending on when we get there and what time the family festivities are starting, I'm hoping to get in some quality Powell's time. Oh, except that I still can't walk. Blast.

So, any of my Portland friends available for lunch or something on Sunday?

*Excuse me while I go saw off my left foot... maybe then it'll stop HURTING. Sheesh.*

We'll be heading home this afternoon... and it's funny, because we almost added a trip to Eugene this weekend, as well. As it stands, we're probably going to head down there next weekend.

I love to just go in there and breathe. Powell's has the best smell in the world... they need to bottle it in spray form as an air freshener.

Hee! I may be making it to Portland this weekend too. My Sister's coming to visit, so I'm thinking we'll go up either Saturday afternoon or Sunday morning. Definitely good for Powell's time.

Well, it looks like plans have changed a little bit. We're getting together with the family this morning for breakfast, and then dragging my Aunt around Portland to show her the sights (turns out she's not flying home until tomorrow and she's never been to Portland before). So no time for meeting up with people after all. :-(

We'll be coming back down this way again, though... I can't resist the siren call of Powell's indefinitely, and it's only three hours away.
