Frozen Morning Update

It's 1 degree outside... That's ONE DEGREE!!! Gah! Not exactly encouraging me to want to leave the hotel room. According to Weather Underground, the low last night in the relatively warm Missoula area was -3. It most certainly has not changed my opinion on the sanity of the folks who live here. Brrrr.

I know people who swear Montana is the most fabulous place on earth, and it's certainly become Hollywood's favorite ranch retreat. I have to say, when I was driving back from Rochester yesterday I passed a semi all covered in a giant Montana photo of horses and mountains, with some kind of caption designed to get people to move there, and it really did look fabulous. I think the thing must be to go there in the good weather but not live there year round.
