Turkey dinner with all the trimmings

I'm sure nearly everyone has heard about the Jones Soda Holiday Pack by now -- Turkey and Gravy Soda, Cranberry Soda, Mashed Potato and Butter Soda, Green Bean Casserole Soda, and Fruitcake Soda.

Well, after scouring the local stores with no luck, I decided to give the website a try... the packs went on sale this morning and, predictably, their servers promptly crashed. After spending a very frustrating half hour on their website, I finally got to where it was listed in their online store, only to not have any obvious links on how to order it.

I tried clicking on every link on the page (often losing my connection with the site and having to reload and reload and reload), and near as I can tell there's no way to actually ORDER the stuff from their website. I managed to track down their phone number and after a few repeated dialings got through to a very nice lady who said it's been a madhouse there this morning and took my order over the phone. Whee!!!

I'd intended to only order one of the Holiday Packs, but when she said I could order up to two I figured I may as well get the extra one. Hey, you never know, the stuff could wind up being incredibly delicious! :-p

And if not, there's always eBay.

You're a braver (wo)man than I, Gunga Din - and I've eaten a grub!

"Turkey and Gravy Soda, Cranberry Soda, Mashed Potato and Butter Soda, Green Bean Casserole Soda, and Fruitcake Soda"...... Soda should not be made from fruit flavored and/or non animal things.

So, I say no to all of the above, except for the Cranberry Soda. I already drink Cranberry 7-Up and Seagrams Cranberry Gingerale...yum.

Well, it's supposed to arrive within two week, and I'm planning on posting my impressions of the stuff when I finally get a chance to taste it.

No, I've never heard of it. But now that I have, I've come over a bit queasy. :-)
