Misty Lacrosse Field

fenchurchI had a nicely productive day... the sort where everything just sort of fell into place and all the various things on my to-do list ended up dovetailing into each other. While running around, I ended up abandoning my plans to hit the gym and instead wandered over to Big Finn Hill Park to hunt for a Geocache and go hiking out on the trails. I haven't been up there for awhile, so it was a pretty big surprise when I got to the parking lot and saw a brand spanking new Lacrosse field!
Now, I've never played Lacrosse... I just find it rather cool that a sport I'd never even heard of as a child has caught on enough around here that they've started putting in fields specifically for it.
It was also a somewhat pretty scene... the brand new field with the misty forest in the background. And that really is mist, not fog. When they talk about the rainy northwest, it's usually more like this... misty, but that's one of the things I love about living here!
