Headin' to Boise
Jul. 2nd, 2003 01:45 pmI realize I haven't updated for a bit, but really, there hasn't been much happening. I'm deep into my annual campaign to take the yard back from the blackberries, and getting incredibly tempted to just hire someone to come in and rip it all out.
"Angel" spoilers are starting to surface, and now I'm facing the big choice... I've always been relatively spoiler-free for AtS, but the reason I embraced the spoilers for BtVS has now changed shows. Yep, Spike. I think I'm gonna do the extremely spoiler-lite thing to start out, and see if the AtS writers are able to remain as trustworthy as they've been in the past. Because, when it comes down to it, that's the core of my spoiler whore tendencies... I wasn't able to trust the writers on BtVS when it came to Spike. They had this nasty habit of showing us one thing and then beating us over the head (recklessly and with vicious abandon) when we believed it.
And now I need to go back to packing for our quick jaunt to Boise this weekend (with family reunions in Mountain Home and Idaho Falls). Hmmm... maybe I should see about looking up Miggy while I'm there.
