Icy Pic Spam!

Even though it didn't get warm enough to melt anything today, the skies were clear blue and sunny... which made for a beautiful winter wonderland. (As long as you didn't have to be driving in it.)

I actually snapped quite a few photos, but these are some of my favorites.

Here's the view from our porch late Wednesday night, not long after the snow had started up again -- you can see that I'd shoveled the walkway and stairs earlier:



One of the really tall trees across the street from our house, late Thursday morning:

And, finally, a shot of me all bundled up and wearing the cunning hat tomte and gidgiddoni gave me for Christmas. Sadly, no one at Safeway seemed to recognize it:
